Certificate of Insurance for your mortgage company
All mortgage companies need to request this information to obtain a certificate of insurance to 040.info@bbbrown.com or fax 941-893-2300. Brown & Brown’s Certificate Department will issue the certificate to the mortgage company and will reach out if additional information is needed. Brown & Brown never sends out renewal certificates unless the mortgage company requests it since mortgage companies change and also may require additional information to be put on the certificate.
